This company is incompetent. They have been out 5 times to fix my A/C, and after installing a new unit, they didn't install it properly. They came and fixed that. Now, it's leaking Freon. My A/C has been out the entire month of June...waiting on them to come out for the SIXTH time now. They have no idea what they are doing. Very poor customer service.
Run as far as you can from this **mpany. No customer service skills, 1st off.Then our warranty ** made us use them for a whole new system. It failed inspection and stopped working all together within the 1st week and wait several days before making a tech **me back out. When trying to get a hold of a supervisor. I called 10 separate times getting transfered all over the place to people who **uldn't help me to to voicemails that were full. Work **mpany experience I have ever had! I don't even see how they are still operating.
This company destroyed my house. There is a hole in my ceiling because the tech made a mistake. OK, I get it, human error. Managers will not return calls- they will not give us any direction as to how this is going to be resolved. They are claiming they arent liable. So, basically they are a company that provides a service and when its not right, or just completely wrong, or better yet - someone couldve been hurt -theyre not responsible Theyre a joke. 5/23/23 The tech ***** sent out started out with a short temper by telling me that although the text message sent from his company stating he will be here at 1:59 but still hadnt arrived at 2:59, I was in the 2 hour *********** would get here when he can. Upon arrival, I asked him to park in the front so that my driveway would be accessible to my husband, he instead backed his truck into my driveway. Absolutely the work company I have ever dealt with. Between them and my warranty company I dont know who keeps dropping the ball. I have been without air conditioning for 2 weeks. *** sent out a tech who said everything was working properly. Problem was a clogged vent. 1 hour after leaving ac stopped working again. I had an 80 year old mom whose 3 year old unit failed, no heat and paid cash for it. They sent a tech out that would not fix it due to the upper vent not sitting properly. He stated it needed to be redone and would turn in a ticket. This was on 12/15/2022 or so, I have not heard back from this company since and it is still under warranty. A little over 7 to 8 grand lost and now they will not return my calls. Its freezing today, thank you A-US Airconditioning for the support and taking an 80 year old woman's money. My AC completely stopped working without warning. I called Acclaimed in order to file a claim and then contacted A-US Air conditioning of Texas in order to get an emergency appointment scheduled. The lady that handled my call the 2nd I called her attitude was disgusting. She got irritated because my 2yr old was crying because he is HOT and became very short with me. This company was sent to my Home from Home Shield to fix issues with the Furnace. They found that the lines were clogged and flushed out the lines but also the Drain pan was rust out and needed a new one along with the furnace box. They had to come back out again and install. During this time the Tech left the J-Trap cap off and put a bucket underneath and told me just it chance the line gets clogged again to check the bucket every couple of days til they installed the overflow drain pan. If I could give a no star review I would. I had this company sent out from AHS (Which is a joke itself). The repair person diagnosed the issue and sent to the front office. Their turn around time to submit the work order is 72 hours which is absurd for a time frame to submit a repair work order. I've been contacting them and finally got Jamie whose at tgeir corporate office in *******, Tx. She was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
