Verified Renter I've been at 7Seventy7 for nearly two years. It's a first-class experience w/ excellent staff. All are great, but a special shout-out to Karina for her always-positive attitude, eagerness to help, and follows through on things she commits to doing. Keep it up, 7Seventy7!

Verified Renter Coming back home to a clean and welcoming environment makes all the difference. Staff are welcoming and available to assist in any way possible
Verified Renter Just moved in and everything has been great. The location for the apartments is amazing, you are able to walk to many places in downtown Milwaukee. The Amenities that the complex provides is also amazing.
Lived here for almost 6 years The best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Nothing will compare to this extraordinary experience. The apartment is safe, clean, convenient, and the views are beautiful. The staff goes above and beyond. I had to move out of state for work. I have yet to find a place as impeccable as 7seventy7. If you’re moving from another state this complex will make you feel comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend 7seventy to my family and friends
Verified Renter Love living here. Nothing like being able to walk to the lakefront or to 3d Ward or tha amazing restaurants in the area. Also great to be able to take in all the festivals here in Milwaukee without having to worry about traffic, parking, designated driver, etc. Staff is terrific as well. Also enjoy the exercise facilities and patio deck.
Business response:

Verified Renter Great help getting settled in. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. They are great with remembering your name and answering questions Thank you all!
Home This community has been such a saving grace for me. I moved to a new city and was looking for high end living comparable to New York high rises, this is it. I’ve been able to meet new friends at the resident events, and really take advantage of the amenities. In my apartment my favorite thing is my balcony for my morning coffee. I’ve always received assistance from the property staff anytime I needed it. Cheers!

Verified Renter We are on our 3rd year here and are loving every minute of it! Truly in the heart of everything. Beautiful facility, amazing views, and awesome staff!! 777 can’t be beat!

Verified Renter So far I really love it here! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the public and amenity spaces are nice and clean, and the apartments are surprisingly quiet for how many people are here. I hardly hear anything from my neighbors on my floor, or even anything from the apartment directly above. I live in one of the one bedroom units and it is surprisingly spacious, with far more in-unit storage/closet space then I was expecting. And nothing in Milwaukee beats the great lakefront views!
