Highly recommend I love everything about living here. I re-signed my lease and received a $50 gift card to Lupi & Iris, which was incredibly sweet. The maintenance team is awesome and super efficient. The front desk employees are so kind and helpful, including the overnight employees. The employees smile and greet me when I see them in the hallways or on elevators. The community spaces always look clean and taken care of. I'm so thankful for 7Seventy7!

Exceptional building with stellar views I could tell you how gorgeously appointed the rooms are, how exceptionally clean and conveniently located the building is, or how the amenities rival those of most spas, but what really impresses me about 7Seventy7 is how downright pleasant, helpful, and accommodating the staff are. Seriously, where can you find this kind of hospitality in a city the size of Milwaukee?

The Best Place to Live in MKE Stunning apartments, best in class customer service, phenomenal amenities, mind-blowing views. So much to do within the community and in the neighborhood. One block away from Cathedral Park, where festivals and events occur in the summer on a regular basis. HVAC and appliances are super quiet and energy efficient. The staff at the community are AMAZING. Front desk knows you by name and is so helpful. Staff always has recommendations on best restaurants and entertainment in the area. Overall, thi... read more

Beautiful building, exceptional service Working with the leasing team has been a delightful experience. Taking the time to discuss building details along virtual and in-person viewings provided us with the details we needed to select a unit preference. The building attributes, stunning views, and exceptional service sealed our decision to make 7Seventy7 our next home.

Best quality of any property I have seen across multiple cities - Management and staff cannot be beat! I have been so happy to live at 7Seventy7. The units are so thoughtfully laid out and the kitchen is a chef's dream. The amenities are top notch. They even have a room with not 1 but 5 Pelotons! It's truly amazing. I am moving to Boston in a few months and have been touring several high end apartment complexes and none have matched all of the quality features I have grown accustomed to at 7Seventy7 (despite rents at double ... read more
