Best place to live in Milwaukee Lived here for 6 months now, it is hands down the best place to live in Milwaukee! The staff are always friendly and willing to help with any need that comes up. The amenities are incredible, there is a market in the building, a pool overlooking the city, and a fire pit on the 35th floor.

Marvelous We’ve been here just over a month now. We’re blown away by the friendly and accommodating staff, gorgeous interiors, great amenities, and amazing views. Convenience seems to be the standard here. And being a night owl, I appreciate Corin for the late night chats.

Top Notch Property! Between the views and the first-class amenities, 7Seventy7 is clearly one of Milwaukee's top locations to live!

Cream city gem ! Season's Greetings, I have been a tenant for a little while and this place is indeed a game-changer. The amenities and the views are awesome but the best part of living here is the resident experience. Everybody is friendly, professional, helpful, and responsive. A special shout-out to Hasaun (Director of Resident Experience) and his whole team (Tyson, Kayla, Carolyn, Andrew, and Evan) for being so dedicated and attentive. Lydia and Garrett, I didn't forget about you; thanks for making the whole application ... read more

New tenant As advertised, this place is like nothing else in Milwaukee. This is the third high-rise I have lived in and I must say it is amazing. The amenities are wonderful the apartments are very well appointed and most importantly the staff treats you like royalty. They really care and want to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of. Hats off to Northwestern Mutual, who certainly seems to know exactly how to develop and manage their real estate!

Couldn't be happier My fiance and I moved in about a month ago and have loved everything about our new apartment! Being from Chicago, we had friends who lived in Bozzuto-run buildings and are so happy to join the Bozzuto community in Milwaukee. The amenities are amazing, leaps and bounds above all of the other places we looked at. Probably the best part of living here, though, is the Resident Experience team-- a group of people who sincerely want to make our lives easier and more fun. For example, one of the property manager... read more
