Downtown Perfection 7Seventy7 has an aura about it when you walk in - luxury, high class, AND comfortable. The location literally cannot be beat in downtown, and the amenities are fantastic. The 7th floor outdoor space and pool is a huge game changer compared to other buildings in the area, and the way the apartments are designed really makes this an amazing place to call home. The staff is incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and prompt!

Fantastic Downtown Living 7seventy7 is beautifully designed and maintained. The staff is friendly and courteous every day and requests are completed quickly. Dog friendly luxury living 7Seventy7 is fantastic. We love the amenities; specifically the fitness studio and dog run! The staff is also so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. From virtual resident events to dog goodie bags, they know how to make all their residents feel appreciated.

Great upscale living in downtown Milwaukee near the harbor After receiving a new job offer in Milwaukee after living in Europe for the past 9 years, I was excited to come back and start a new life in Milwaukee. The virtual tours were great and the staff was very helpful with all the remote questions and I soon signed up. When I got here 4 weeks later, I was blown away. Outstanding customer service & best view in Milwaukee From the first email to move-in day... the 777 staff takes pride in their work, while ensuring the resident experience is 1st class.
