Exceptional building with stellar views I could tell you how gorgeously appointed the rooms are, how exceptionally clean and conveniently located the building is, or how the amenities rival those of most spas, but what really impresses me about 7Seventy7 is how downright pleasant, helpful, and accommodating the staff are. Seriously, where can you find this kind of hospitality in a city the size of Milwaukee?

The Best Place to Live in MKE Stunning apartments, best in class customer service, phenomenal amenities, mind-blowing views. So much to do within the community and in the neighborhood. One block away from Cathedral Park, where festivals and events occur in the summer on a regular basis. HVAC and appliances are super quiet and energy efficient. Great apartments in MKE! Great amenities and friendly staff! Clean common areas and beautiful attention to detail in all aspects of design (feels like living in a hotel). Good safety precautions. Awesome lake views!

Best quality of any property I have seen across multiple cities - Management and staff cannot be beat! I have been so happy to live at 7Seventy7. The units are so thoughtfully laid out and the kitchen is a chef's dream. The amenities are top notch. They even have a room with not 1 but 5 Pelotons! It's truly amazing. Life is good! It’s difficult to rate one thing above another here as there are so many great things about 7SEVENTY7! The staff are great and keep us well informed and save us valuable time (Thank you Elf Gwen for your awesome gift wrapping skills! You’re the best!)! The facilities are amazing and keep us all well fit. The dog run is a huge time saver! The building location is nearly central to Downtown. so we’re walking distance to just about everything! Love it!
