Taking the time to discuss building details along virtual and in-person viewings provided us with the details we needed to select a unit preference. The building attributes, stunning views, and exceptional service sealed our decision to make 7Seventy7 our next home.
One-of-a-kind The staff at 7Seventy7 is incredible. They’re professional, helpful, and always go the extra mile. The maintenance team is always prompt & thorough. The views are amazing, and it’s located so close to all the other attractions in the area.

Best quality of any property I have seen across multiple cities - Management and staff cannot be beat! I have been so happy to live at 7Seventy7. The units are so thoughtfully laid out and the kitchen is a chef's dream. The amenities are top notch. They even have a room with not 1 but 5 Pelotons! It's truly amazing. Life is good! It’s difficult to rate one thing above another here as there are so many great things about 7SEVENTY7! The staff are great and keep us well informed and save us valuable time (Thank you Elf Gwen for your awesome gift wrapping skills! You’re the best!)! The facilities are amazing and keep us all well fit. The dog run is a huge time saver! The building location is nearly central to Downtown. so we’re walking distance to just about everything! Love it!

The best place to call home! We have been here a little over two years and couldn’t love it more! The building is absolutely beautiful. It has wonderful amenities and a responsive and helpful staff. The resident events throughout the year, including Elf Gwen at Christmas, can’t be beat! You won’t regret calling this place home!
Great Place to Call Home This is a great place to call home. I have been here for 6 months now, so can attest to the location and the amenities. I thoroughly enjoy living downtown within walking distance to many nice restaurants and I even walk to the Fiserv Forum, which is about a mile away. The amenities in the building are second-to-none. Excellent High Rise Apartment Building in the heart of downtown Milwaukee I moved into the 7Seventy7 a year ago with my boyfriend and we absolutely love the building, it’s staff, and the residential community. We renewed our lease for another year because we cannot see ourselves living in any other apartment building. I’m a big fan of modern and I love the layouts of the apartments. Perfection! 7Seventy7 has mastered the unique combination of luxuriously appointed apartments with beautifully and well maintained common spaces along with outstanding tenant service/support.
