The Best in Milwaukee I have lived in 7seventy7 for 2 years and I can honestly say this building and all the people in it are the greatest. I have never felt so at home. The employees are all so welcoming and always willing to lend a hand to a resident. The apartments here are beautiful with brand new appliances. Perfection! 7Seventy7 has mastered the unique combination of luxuriously appointed apartments with beautifully and well maintained common spaces along with outstanding tenant service/support. Best Views, Excellent Service! Imagine waking up every morning to stunning sunrises over Lake Michigan, flickering lights atop the Wisconsin Gas building and seagulls swooping past your window! Downtown Perfection 7Seventy7 has an aura about it when you walk in - luxury, high class, AND comfortable. The location literally cannot be beat in downtown, and the amenities are fantastic. The 7th floor outdoor space and pool is a huge game changer compared to other buildings in the area, and the way the apartments are designed really makes this an amazing place to call home. The staff is incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and prompt!

Dog friendly luxury living 7Seventy7 is fantastic. We love the amenities; specifically the fitness studio and dog run! The staff is also so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. From virtual resident events to dog goodie bags, they know how to make all their residents feel appreciated.

Great upscale living in downtown Milwaukee near the harbor After receiving a new job offer in Milwaukee after living in Europe for the past 9 years, I was excited to come back and start a new life in Milwaukee.
