Wondrous The building is beautiful. The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are beautiful. Even the mailing system is beautiful. The staff? Wondrous. Jerrae, Gwen, Karina, and Mickey make every day an absolute pleasure to walk through the front doors. We absolutely love living at 7Seventy7! We’ve bee... We absolutely love living at 7Seventy7! We’ve been so impressed with the level of friendliness of all the residents! Always a smile, a greeting and a helpful hand if needed! The concierge staff is wonderful and know everyone by name (and their pet’s name too!). They are professionals who know how to ensure privacy, security and safety for all. Every square inch of public space is immaculately maintained! Best apt bldg in MKE. This is a great building to live in -the best in Milwaukee. Not only is it a beautiful building with great amenities, the employees are kind and helpful. It is wonderful to get a " have a great day" from Karina every morning and Gwen puts together amazing parties where we are able to meet our neighbors. Gwen even offered a Xmas gift wrapping service!
