No snow removal, no grass cutting, no honey-do list, no one showing up unannounced without checking in with the concierge', no worrying about gorgeous holiday decor, no worrying about pool maintenance, no worrying about a gym membership, no worrying about the best table at my nearest coffee shop with wi-fi, you get my drift, worry-free living but huge on the customer service and community. Verified Renter 7seventy7 is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. The amenities are amazing. My unit is stunning and spacious. Kind of bummed that the 9th floor deck is closed for repair right when I moved in with no reopening date in sight. The gym isn't huge but has everything you may need. I love the patio on the 35th, the view is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't ever want to move again.

The apartments are quiet and beautiful, the building amenities are best-in-class, but what truly makes this a community are the tremendous 7Seventy7 Team members. New to MKE Moving from a large east coast city, this building and its most responsive staff were quick to make us feel at home. The amenities are tough to beat as is its location. Almost bi weekly resident events are conducive to meeting people. While we looked at other luxury buildings in the city, this one surpasses the others by far.
