New to MKE Moving from a large east coast city, this building and its most responsive staff were quick to make us feel at home. The amenities are tough to beat as is its location. Almost bi weekly resident events are conducive to meeting people. While we looked at other luxury buildings in the city, this one surpasses the others by far.

Verified Renter I have lived in the building for a year now and it has been an amazing experience. The entire staff are extremely friendly and really get to know you. The amenities are top notch. The views with floor to ceiling windows are awesome. I had high expectations and they exceeded them.

The staff at Andiamo located on the first floor are amazing and always ready with a smile and a dog treat for our pup. Building Maintenance Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond and “get it done!” “Aesthetic Staff” keep the common areas spotless, shiny and fresh!

Verified Renter Just moved in and everything has been great. The location for the apartments is amazing, you are able to walk to many places in downtown Milwaukee. The Amenities that the complex provides is also amazing.
Lived here for almost 6 years The best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Nothing will compare to this extraordinary experience. The apartment is safe, clean, convenient, and the views are beautiful. The staff goes above and beyond. I had to move out of state for work. I have yet to find a place as impeccable as 7seventy7. If you’re moving from another state this complex will make you feel comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend 7seventy to my family and friends
