Always a smile, a greeting and a helpful hand if needed! The concierge staff is wonderful and know everyone by name (and their pet’s name too!). They are professionals who know how to ensure privacy, security and safety for all. Every square inch of public space is immaculately maintained! Best apt bldg in MKE. This is a great building to live in -the best in Milwaukee. Not only is it a beautiful building with great amenities, the employees are kind and helpful. It is wonderful to get a " have a great day" from Karina every morning and Gwen puts together amazing parties where we are able to meet our neighbors. Gwen even offered a Xmas gift wrapping service!

We have toured many luxury apartments including new construct in the area, but nothing compares to the amenity and experiences 7seventy7 has to offer.
