We have toured many luxury apartments including new construct in the area, but nothing compares to the amenity and experiences 7seventy7 has to offer. Beautiful View, Awesome Management Stunning views of Lake Michigan from their 35th floor Alta Lounge! Lauren, Jessica, and Gwen are super responsive and great to work with. Mickey at the front desk was a big help as well. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend I love everything about living here. I re-signed my lease and received a $50 gift card to Lupi & Iris, which was incredibly sweet. The maintenance team is awesome and super efficient. The front desk employees are so kind and helpful, including the overnight employees. The employees smile and greet me when I see them in the hallways or on elevators. The community spaces always look clean and taken care of. I'm so thankful for 7Seventy7!

Exceptional building with stellar views I could tell you how gorgeously appointed the rooms are, how exceptionally clean and conveniently located the building is, or how the amenities rival those of most spas, but what really impresses me about 7Seventy7 is how downright pleasant, helpful, and accommodating the staff are. Seriously, where can you find this kind of hospitality in a city the size of Milwaukee?

The Best Place to Live in MKE Stunning apartments, best in class customer service, phenomenal amenities, mind-blowing views. So much to do within the community and in the neighborhood. One block away from Cathedral Park, where festivals and events occur in the summer on a regular basis. HVAC and appliances are super quiet and energy efficient.
