The staff at Andiamo located on the first floor are amazing and always ready with a smile and a dog treat for our pup. Building Maintenance Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond and “get it done!” “Aesthetic Staff” keep the common areas spotless, shiny and fresh!

Verified Renter Just moved in and everything has been great. The location for the apartments is amazing, you are able to walk to many places in downtown Milwaukee. The Amenities that the complex provides is also amazing.
Lived here for almost 6 years The best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Nothing will compare to this extraordinary experience. The apartment is safe, clean, convenient, and the views are beautiful. The staff goes above and beyond. I had to move out of state for work. I have yet to find a place as impeccable as 7seventy7. If you’re moving from another state this complex will make you feel comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend 7seventy to my family and friends
Verified Renter Love living here. Nothing like being able to walk to the lakefront or to 3d Ward or tha amazing restaurants in the area. Also great to be able to take in all the festivals here in Milwaukee without having to worry about traffic, parking, designated driver, etc. Staff is terrific as well. Also enjoy the exercise facilities and patio deck.

Home This community has been such a saving grace for me. I moved to a new city and was looking for high end living comparable to New York high rises, this is it. I’ve been able to meet new friends at the resident events, and really take advantage of the amenities. In my apartment my favorite thing is my balcony for my morning coffee. I’ve always received assistance from the property staff anytime I needed it. Cheers!
