Verified Renter The move-in was HORRIBLE. The staff from June - August 2023 was incompetent and unreliable. The follow-up and response time with the leading office is horrible! Other than that the amenities are great. The neighborhood is wonderful and the shops and shopping in the vicinity of the apartment complex are excellent!

Verified Renter Things are getting difficult around here again. I've asked for my new lease five times - by email and by office. I have serious repairs that need to be done and no one responds, even if we go to the office to speak with them. After the leak in the town center building, they have still not painted and replaced the baseboards. We have not even been provided an estimate of when (or even if) this will be done.
