Verified Renter Great place to stay. Nice luxurious apartments. The rent is a little outrageous, but it’s worth it compared to other apartment complexes I’ve visited.

Verified Renter The Agents are not the friendliest, or the most knowledgeable. beautiful apartment, however it’s the outside that is a bit of a problem. You have to be careful you might take the wrong step and end up with disgusting smelling water all over your foot and leg.

Verified Renter The overall Communication is awful and maintenance requests are extremely slow. I’ve been waiting 3 months for one request to be fulfilling.
Verified Renter After 2 months we are still waiting on repairs from a major leak. All of the bottom floor looks like a run down shack and I would never have leased here if it looked like this when I toured. We're getting ants because the neighbors leave their trash in the hallway without bins. The door to the building has been broken into 4 times in the six months I've lived here.
Verified Renter When is good, it's great! I don't have too many issues these days as I did when new management first took over. I gave a 3 because our front door call box has never been fixed or changed out. If you come in the front door, it stays open for an extended amount of time making it less secure. Also the gates to the under parking keeps being broken and the people that work in the buildings next to us continue to park there, leaving residents unable to park there or having to park out of the way. Verified Renter I have seen improvements the last few months, such as more monthly events and faster maintenance services, however the security of the building is still a concern and people’s cars keep getting broken into. I hope you put an effort to resolve this.

Verified Renter I liked the area and location. I did not like the constant water problems. My unit was affected from a flooded unit across the hall 2 months after I moved in and little was done for 2-3 months after. I had fans and dehumidifier running consistently. The fire alarms went off randomly and would petrify my dogs. The place smells and was overrun with trash.
