Verified Renter The experience was good at first. Now that time has passed it seems to be going down hill. The activities during Christmas and summertime have been fun. Especially the Christmas lights and during the summer, the bands, movies and convenient farmers market have been enjoyable. Verified Renter It was a nightmare getting the lease signed. Phone calls and emails were not responded to in a timely manner - like over 24 hours. Most of the time they don't answer the phone at all (9.5/10 times) during normal business hours. I was moving from out of state, and they treated me like I could stop by the office. I had to get the owners of the property, Highmark Residential, involved to get anything done. It took almost 2 weeks to get a lease that could have easily been completed in 2 days.
