After move-in surprises When I toured the place everything looked great, but after I moved in I became aware of a few important things: the hot tubs are always down for maintenance, the hallways all smell like dog pee, and a neighbor was kind enough to tell me someone had been brutally murdered in MY unit specifically. There once was a homeless person sleeping in the trash room, and multiple reports of cars in the garage being broken into. Packages are often not put in lockers and get stolen. Verified Renter The place is very pleasant along with the amenities. The staff has been kind. The move in has been a little shaky as many outlets do not work and the washer has no water. Upon move in, there was a dirt handprint on one wall and an unswept floor.

Verified Renter I never get a response from the office when I email them. People upstairs walk so hard I had to ask them several time to be quite. People let their dogs just bark for no reason. I have not had the greatest experience. I love my apartment but I have to move because of the noise.

Verified Renter I’ve been living at Aster for 3 years now and have been loving it! The neighborhood is great and I can walk everywhere I need to. There are great restaurants, parks, and multiple grocery stores within a mile radius. Plus, Stanley Marketplace is a 5 minute drive away. The new management team has also been great and I feel like they actually care about their residents.

Verified Renter I am very pleased with the Town Center Collection apartment complex. My partner and I enjoy the many amenities specifically the pool and gym and jacuzzi/sauna. In addition the staff and maintenance team have been very responsive and helpful with apartment issues. We love the neighborhood and location as well. We just signed our second lease and look forward to another good year at TCC.

Verified Renter The amenities are working, which is the main thing. It’s frustrating to see management prioritize needless things like painting doors when almost every other light on the west side third floor is flickering like this is a scary movie hotel. It gives the entire building a gross dystopian feel.

Verified Renter I'm giving 3 Stars because I'm happy with my personal space and place in general along with the surroundings of shops & events during the summer time on the Green. What I'm not happy about is the maintenance up keep of the building, this building is 20yrs old now built back in 2004.
