Verified Renter There is no communication between coworkers at the leasing office. One person tells you one thing and another tells you something different and 100% of the time, whatever the answer is will default to you (the customer) is wrong, even when it’s the leasing offices mistake
Verified Renter The ease and speed of the entire leasing process were amazing. My leasing agent was great and communicated well. However, my only issues are with the unit itself after the move-in; they are important but fixable, yet they have not been resolved even a month after moving in.

Verified Renter Hi, I’ve been living here at The Aster South Apts for a little over 4 years now. I love my apartment and plan on staying here as long as possible. It has very nice amenities; a location is great. It’s close to schools, restaurants, stores, gas stations, hotels and parks. It’s a win win !! The staff in the office are very kind and willing to help. The maintenance crew are awesome too !! Check these apartments out !!

Verified Renter Elevator has been broken for months! Management in the building is ineffective and unresponsive. Impossible to reach by phone. Multiple emails go unanswered. Work order requests take weeks to get addressed

Verified Renter The management is really trying to make improvements. A good value in the area. Apartments are starting to show some wear and tear, but if tenants are persistent, management responds to requests for improvements.
