Verified Renter Wonderful location, farmers market, grocery stores, restaurants are within walking distance . The property has a bit of trash around but still a great price. .

Verified Renter I’ve had a broken HVAC system in my unit for about 2 years now that is yet to be fixed after having series of work orders for the same issue. The management are unorganized and pretty much lying is like a second nature to them.

Verified Renter I do enjoy my apartment, however its some (not all) of the other residents who don't respect the common areas. Some will allow their dogs to use the hallways as a bathroom and others cause property damage in some areas as well. I did receive a reasonable lease renewal this month and I do plan to sign it.

Verified Renter I wish I could recommend this place, but I cannot. There have been multiple issues during my stay here including months of pest infestation with no communication, and now my trash bill increased $48 a month (it is over $55 a month suddenly for one person with no warning or explanation. Trash!). If you are looking for a responsive place with transparency and equity, I fear this is not the place. It sucks because the location is good.

Verified Renter Lack of security-very rarely is security on site and response time is slow. Significant safety issues with apathetic management not working to resolve (even when police outreach). Lack of provision of a secure building with “controlled access.” Trash rooms overflowing every weekend with a “broken” trash compactor that is not been working for 2 months. Mice. Verified Renter This place is terrible and the management doesn’t care (well, probably much of the blame goes to the company that owns it). Avoid at all costs.
Verified Renter Spa pump motors are broken. Indoor and outdoor spas are freezing and unusable. This is a recurring theme with the maintenance of the pool and spas. Highmark charges a $5 amenity fee yet the amenities are not available.

Verified Renter I really love my apartment, but the leasing office staff is very unprofessional when it comes to resolving any issues involving maintenance. I have put in numerous work orders for the same reason and never get any result. It is very frustrating and an inconvenience when you are paying market value for rent. I give a zero rating !
