Verified Renter Pros: It feels safe, easy to walk places, walls are thick, pretty good amenities. Cons: Staff at the front are constantly messing up prices and overcharging then they won't fix things. In general, the management isn't helpful and the company tends to be pretty sneaky about hiding extra fees in the rent. -Overall I like the place, its just a big pain if anything gets messed up to ever get things fixed on the financial side.

Verified Renter TownCenterCollection has it all and is located in a great area. There are fun events, concerts, and good restaurants in the area. The apartments are nice and modern also. I use the pool, jacuzzi (inside and outside) and saunas all the time. The lounge area is also a fun place to play pool and watch sports. I would recommend this place.

Verified Renter You can't beat the views. It is very conveniently located near all the Town Center businesses. The bathrooms and closets are very spacious. The kitchen also has a lot of storage.

Verified Renter Looks nice at first but apartments and staff running them quickly go down hill. Neighborhood is constantly being broken into, homeless people roam the street and sleep in near the garbage at night.
Verified Renter Terrible place due to incomprehensible responses by management to any and all issues that arise. It's normal for things to go wrong sometimes, but their responses are either ridiculous or nonexistent.

Verified Renter Liars, procrastination is an on going theme, lack of empathy and urgency. Don't just take my word for it check the multiple bad reviews. Only good thing about this place is the location. Staff from Texas to Denver is terrible!

Verified Renter I’ve been here for 2 years and, aside from some hiccups when management changed, it’s been an enjoyable experience. Close to restaurants and groceries, easy access to the highways.

Verified Renter I’ve had a broken HVAC system in my unit for about 2 years now that is yet to be fixed after having series of work orders for the same issue. The management are unorganized and pretty much lying is like a second nature to them.
