Verified Renter Customer Service is non existent. You can't even reach anyone on the phone. They don't respond to voicemails and rarely to emails. When I have questions or concerns, I get different answers from people when I go to the office and feel like I am burdening them.

Verified Renter There are a lot of issues with this complex and it all deals with common areas and shared places that residents pay for. There's always something that's broken and in need of repairs. The spa amenities (indoor hot tub, steam room, sauna) have been unavailable for the majority of the past year. One of the 4 elevators here always appears to be broken and it's especially inconvenient when it's a freight elevator on the east or west side of the complex. Verified Renter So far it has been great. There were a couple hiccups getting me an assigned parkings spot at first but Sarah, the receptionist in the office was so helpful. The first two spots I was given were already assigned to someone else. Verified Renter I've been in my new place for almost 2wks this weekend coming up, so far pretty good. I had some issues w/ my signed lease supposedly being lost & also my declaration for renter's insurance. I wasn't shown to my apartment but instead was given a map after I got my keys, had to come back to ask them to take me directly to my apartment since I wasn't shown exact apartment in the beginning.

Overbilled for gas (all residents) due to a problem on their end, high turn over of residents in my bldg...people getting evicted, scary situation involving police being called for domestic issues, front bldg door glass being shattered in a fight.
