Verified Renter Things are getting difficult around here again. I've asked for my new lease five times - by email and by office. I have serious repairs that need to be done and no one responds, even if we go to the office to speak with them. After the leak in the town center building, they have still not painted and replaced the baseboards. We have not even been provided an estimate of when (or even if) this will be done.
