Verified Renter I still love living here. I love the events and the area. So much better than where I used to live. Been waiting awhile for maintenance to come and fix my washing machine which has been a little disheartening. Hopefully they will make it to me soon. I know they have a lot of tenants. Being disabled its hard to lug my laundry anywhere. But I can be patient.

Verified Renter I feel lately things have gotten better in the community. The maintenance staff is better and faster at addressing repairs and I appreciate the events they host for the residents.

Verified Renter After getting most of our repairs completed, we have been so happy in our home (we moved in about a month ago). For the most part, the maintenance team has fixed the numerous things we needed fixed. We are still waiting on the door for the Lazy Susan to be attached (which should be soon!); and although someone did come to fix the closet door- they put on the wrong door. The door does not correctly shut, and it does not cover the closet area. Hoping to get this fixed as well.

Verified Renter This place is terrible now. Used to be great but new management is just slapping exterior upgrades and the place is terrible on the inside. Pros: Close to a lot of shopping area, (Northfields, Central Park). Events in the summer if you enjoy that sort of things Cons: New neighbors they sign leases to are insane. Walls / floors are thin so expect to hear all the stomping / arguments your neighbors have. Maintenance only addresses EMERGENCIES only. Verified Renter No central ait conditioning for over a month. Apartment is dated but location is great. Shower was broken at move in and took a week to get fixed.

After move-in surprises When I toured the place everything looked great, but after I moved in I became aware of a few important things: the hot tubs are always down for maintenance, the hallways all smell like dog pee, and a neighbor was kind enough to tell me someone had been brutally murdered in MY unit specifically. There once was a homeless person sleeping in the trash room, and multiple reports of cars in the garage being broken into. Packages are often not put in lockers and get stolen.
