Verified Renter I wish the building was maintained better, so that issues are resolved permanently, rather than just patched up. Staff is nice, but they lack communication, unless you stop by the office in person.

Verified Renter The week to set up getting approved for the apartment was great, even my grandma had a great tour of the community amenities. However, once it was time to prepare for moving in, there was a lack of communication and reaching out. I was given to a specific agent and they did not return my emails or calls. Verified Renter Love the neighborhood! You are very conveniently located near all the summer festivities in Central Park. We can also just open our windows to hear the music in the park. The closets are huge, and the kitchen has tons of storage.

Verified Renter We moved in a few weeks ago and everything has been great, we love the community! The only think we have had an issue with is the doors, there is no way to unlock outside doors and after 6 they won’t let you in if you forget your keys! Other than that everything is great!

Verified Renter Living here is ok unless u need something fixed. Been trying to get a garage since before we moved in never received one but I am paying for one and it take for ever to get taken off the bill
