Verified Renter It's ok...I enjoy the area more than anything. Management seems to be much better than last year. As a tenant I really try to not be a bother to the maintenance.

Verified Renter Love the location and the proximity to all the shops downstairs. We love the giant windows and excellent views. The bathtub is huge as well as the closets. There is also plenty of storage in the kitchen. We love it here.

Verified Renter After a month of settling into new place here, I am very pleased. The hallways were warm in the summer, but all else is clean and cool. The surrounding areas are pleasant.
Verified Renter All is going well! Building looks good. Only thing missing is cameras in the mailroom and parcel pending area. Sadly we had yet another package stolen. So disheartening. I’ve been waiting for an answer as to whether this could be implemented since late April.
Verified Renter My husband and I are enjoying many of the events in the neighborhood including the Farmer's market, the outside movies, and the concerts. In addition we really enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. Lastly our apartment is modern and cozy and we love it.

Everyone in the leasing office was nice during the application and move-in process and the maintenance team was quick to take care of the maintenance request I submitted upon moving in. My apartment is cozy, the neighborhood is cute and quiet, and I love that everything I need is nearby!

Verified Renter Not great. No security. Management seems inept or in over their heads. Used to be a great place, but I might look elsewhere. Lots of turnover in management. Hard to reach anyone if you need assistance.
