Verified Renter Love the location, and with the giant windows, you can really get a festive view of the Christmas lights in the park downstairs. The closets and bathrooms are huge. It's a very quiet building with friendly neighbors.
Verified Renter I love the location and easy access to grocery shopping and the rest the city. My apartment is comfortable. A lot of the neighbors have pets and so you meet folks out walking their dogs. I'm adjusting from a house to an apartment so getting used to the sounds and people nearby. It's a nice neighborhood.

Verified Renter The location is great, but the security is lacking. Easy access to grocery stores, public transportation and other basic needs, but the building has very little security and the exterior doors do not work properly despite repeated calls to management. Seems to be a lot of turn over in management. I recommend the location but not the management company.

Verified Renter Love The Town Center community, such as restaurants, surrounding stores and parks. The monthly resident activities are also really fun & great way to meet the neighbors. One other thing I really enjoyed was the fresh market, so I’m looking forward to that season.

Verified Renter It's ok. It takes forever to get anything fixed, even if it was their fault - a leak, carpet, etc. The door to the building has been unlocked for months, yet they send out emails about renters not having parking passes displayed. It makes no sense. I just submitted a ticket that my heat is not working (weekend of a snow storm) and I really hope that they respond.
