Verified Renter Over the years things have been pretty touch and go. Recently things have started to get better. Our cleaning crew was replaced a couple weeks ago though and that is disappointing. They were great and the new team isn't efficient yet. Dog poop and trash pile up etc. Packages get stolen all the time. Cars get broken into, fire alarms go off randomly, etc etc

Verified Renter Love living here , my wife and I are the longest residents in the building I believe . The location is great with excellent access to highways and shopping . The office staff are always professional and accommodating. The maintenance crew also does a great job with the upkeep of the property .

Verified Renter I'm still only giving 3 stars ???, I did renew my lease because of the price & the area which I love. The problems we're still facing is one of the elevator's has been out for 3mos & this is the 2nd time within a year, the leasing office hasn't really given us a time frame for when the elevator will be up & running, it makes it very difficult when bringing up groceries or my grandbaby that I have to go all the way to the opposite side of the bldg (world) just get my stuff upstairs. Verified Renter Overall a great place to be! I am in my second lease and haven’t had any issues in my time here. Complex is pretty quiet ( Botanica). Some of the Maintenance team could be better, but can’t complain about most of them.

Verified Renter I really like the neighborhood. The building goes through phases where it can be really dirty and really nice, it depends on the people living there at the time. Maintenance has been tough. Our thermostat won't get over 63 degrees and we're still trying to get them to fix it. I'm sleeping elsewhere until they do.
