Verified Renter Love living at 7575 . Unique part of Denver with just enough shopping and great access to the highways to take you anywhere . It’s close enough to the city without being in the grind . The staff here are great and do their very best to accommodate all of everyone’s needs and requests . Verified Renter Move in was rough, but since then things have been going a lot smoother! It seems like they have really put focus on improving their maintenance team!

Verified Renter The neighborhood is great, I love that it’s walkable and that they decorate for the winter holidays. It’s also a great location, right between down town and the airport.

Verified Renter Management is unresponsive and ineffective. One of the elevators has been broken for six months! Emails to Assistant community director are ignored, unanswered. Routine work orders go ignored. Require multiple in person requests at the leasing office to get anything done.

Verified Renter This has been one amazing experience from the start to finish. Even though I went in blind (being out of state) Rowen was amazing and so was Haley! Actually the entire staff was informative and very helpful. Let’s not start on the apartment OMG!!
