Verified Renter There are amenities that unfortunately have not been fixed for over six months. The grill and fire pit on the fourth floor to name two and the parking gates to where security of the building is compromised. Residents tend to be unfriendly and need a course on being civil and respectful of the others that live in the building (this could just be everywhere now a days and not just our building).

Verified Renter Move in has been smooth. Leasing office reps are welcoming. Still exploring amenities. I like the proximity to a lot of neighborhood shops. I was familiar with the area prior to moving. The residents who I have met in my time so far are also nice. I moved in the winter and looking forward to exploring more in the summer (outdoor amenities).

Verified Renter I feel like there are good and bad at any apartment community, but overall, aside from the random fire alarms, I can say that I am happy here. The staff is getting better with communication for sure, and the maintenance is very efficient.
