Verified Renter We really love living here . The location is ideal for getting around with quick access to all the highways . The building’s amenities are wonderful and the staff does a fantastic job .

Verified Renter Grill on 4th floor balcony does not work. Staff continues to not return phone calls or ever follow up and the new policy for charging residents for watering the outdoor space is absolutely disgusting. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

Verified Renter I enjoy the apartment layout and space. The halls stay mostly clean. Garage is convenient, but it is tight driving, especially through the gates. Nice amenities. Love the convenience to local businesses. Biggest issue- fire alarms are easily set off & OFTEN especially at night. Otherwise, I’d recommend.

Verified Renter We’ve lived here since 2021, and while we’ve enjoyed certain aspects of the community, our overall experience has been disappointing. From the beginning, we submitted maintenance requests for the heating system in our unit, which doesn’t turn off with the thermostat and can only be shut off using the main power switch. Despite multiple requests, the issue was never properly addressed, and we eventually gave up on waiting for a resolution. Verified Renter The apartment was clean and only had one issue with the garbage disposal. On leasing day a lot of things came up that the office had over a week to reach out to me to correct which made the process an hour long with a move in time of 3:00 which made it very difficult to get everything moved in with children. Other than that everything went fine.

Verified Renter It's been okay. The fire alarm goes off sometimes, the elevator is finally fixed. Some of the other residents are creepy. The car chargers are usually available which is an upside of things.

Verified Renter We love the location of the apartment. Close to the parks and shops. I also like the gym very much! I wish the community event is more focused on nice foods or treats and coffee, not much alcohol.
