Verified Renter Great so far! We put in a request for a few things to be fixed by maintenance and still have not seen them but the community seems great and our unit is in a great location!

Verified Renter Office staff is very friendly and great! Amenities are amazing. It is hard to control who uses the pool as they leave the gate wide open for family and friends. People that live here do not respect trash days because they park their cars where the trash cans are supposed to go. People also don’t care how close they park to you, or if they box you in so it might be best to invest in a parking pass.

Verified Renter The office gave me no information that I had to give 60 days notice before the end of my lease to move out. I was told when I moved in that the clause that they were referring to was only applicable if you terminated early. When I went to the office to discuss, they were very argumentative and had no sympathy. They stated "it's not our fault that you didn't read your lease". I did in fact read it. Verified Renter I love the location and area. I can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and cafes. My favorite is when everything is decorated in the winter. We knew we wanted to renew our lease shortly after moving in!
