Verified Renter Rowan is fantastic, as are the rest of the leasing office staff. A really wonderful community has been built here. Farmers Market is great. Buildings are nicely done and well constructed.

Verified Renter Management in the building is unresponsive to the needs of residents. Maintenance system has significant delays, need to contact leasing office multiple times to get something as simple as a HVAC filter change done. Extremely difficult to reach anyone in management. Need to speak to leasing office agent in person because they never answer emails or phone calls.

Verified Renter So far so good. Easy move in experience everything seems to be in working order. The only knock is people from the other complexes sneaking in to take over the amenities like the pool and stuff. Outside of that it’s been a pleasant experience so far

Verified Renter Has not been a good experience at all. Dealing with maintenance has been an absolute nightmare since the first month we moved in. Issues don’t get fixed and told numerous lies.
