Verified Renter Everything has really improved here. I do wish they would replace the carpets after multiple floods, large grease stains, bleach stains, and footprints that aren't being brought up by the vacuum. I don't love looking at those every day.
Verified Renter Maintenance is not still up to the mark. Technicians come less prepared and delayed for maintenance requests. Even though the photo of a part is added, they show up without spares.
Verified Renter It's been a pretty good experience. The apartment is nice, the neighborhood is great. Maintenance is usually pretty fast, but can be hit or miss.
Verified Renter Moved in a week ago and we love the apartment! We have taken advantage of the saunas and hot tubs multiple times after the always back breaking move-in, and feel such luxury with it. The 24-hour gym is great, and we love that residents take advantage of the great pool and bbq’s just outside our 1st floor balcony. Verified Renter Love my new home! The move in process was pretty easy and the apartment was in a clean state upon arrival. The only thing I was not aware of was needing to get a money order in order to pay move in costs.
