Verified Renter Paid for EV parking spot and have had two different people park in my space and I just moved in today. Other than that, it seems nice. A couple of things need to be fixed in the apartment.

Verified Renter Great neighborhood with lots of walkable features. Community feels safe, but the door locks for the hallways and garages do not work. No pool or gym access and maintenance is very slow to respond it at all.

Verified Renter Honestly really bad. Our AC unit has been broke for way too long and maintenance has been up 6 times to "fix" it. Each time they only have cleaned up the water but have done nothing to fix the leak and prevent it from happening. When expressing our concerns, most of the team in the leasing office is inconsiderate and rude, not to mention imcompetent.

Verified Renter I’m in love with! Such a great neighborhood and the unit is gorgeous! The bonus is having a school near by if you have kiddos. But overall everything is perfect and would definitely recommend.
