Verified Renter Recurrent plumbing issues in the building. Difficult to get routine maintenance request carried out, such as HVAC filter change. Difficult to reach people in leasing office unless you go in person. Unanswered emails and phone calls

Verified Renter The leasing agents and front staff are so amazing. I really enjoy living here and walking to get my coffee or pizza. It's such a walkable neighborhood too. The summer concerts and farmers markets are so much fun as well.

Verified Renter I’ve been a resident for 2 months, and let me tell you! The office staff is so nice and welcoming, and they’re always planning events for the community to interact! Today they had a back to school brunch and it was amazing! 10/10!
Verified Renter My experience so far has been great. Move in process was smooth, maintenance issues have been solved pretty quickly. The apartment was professionally cleaned prior to my arrival and in great condition. The office staff has been kind and helpful as I settle in. The community is very nice and I love that I can walk to parks and businesses in the area. One down side would be the trash situation, where the area the containers are located is usually in disarray and there’s a lot of furniture around.
