Verified Renter Maintenance and front desk phone and website chat are unresponsive. Poor communication. The trash ends up everywhere after the trucks come empty it. Would suggest adding an awning to the dog park.

Verified Renter Not what is advertised. Doors broken, people are still able to break in and use whatever they want and take whatever they want. Office people ignore you. It could be a great place if management would hold themselves and other residents including the business accountable.

Verified Renter The location is convenient and there are plenty of amenities. I was a bit disappointed in the unit as it was not similar to the one we looked at and we were told it was the same. Staff takes a while to respond to requests. I'm hopeful our living experience will go well.

Verified Renter I feel like the lift gates always broken giving unwanted visitors access to the Garage as well as the one of the garage doors always lifted that need fixed, the pool should be heated if it’s year round as much as everyone pays the outdoor hot tub should be heated more and have different hours atleast till 11-12am weekends for adults as well as the outside area it almost feels like security harass you.
