Verified Renter Everything is either very dirty (mold in shower) or broken when we moved in this week. Duct tape holding the screens on the windows, microwave blew the first week. Washing machine had black mold in it, and the shower doors don’t even close.

Verified Renter Our bathroom ceiling is leaking and still isn't fixed. The residents can be a little inconsiderate. There is one older guy who will unplug others EV just so he can charge. Our neighbors will party all hours of the night. On the weekend if your loud until 1 or 2 am go for it, but these people are loud until 5-6am.
Verified Renter Aster apartments have been good to us. Been here for 3 years and have very little complaints. Main complaint is for the office and maintenance staff

Verified Renter Things have gone smooth so far we have gotten settled in been able to enjoy the pool and we love the sauna. I like that this is a family friendly apartment complex and not just all adults due to me having two children

Verified Renter The neighbors that I know are really nice everybody's respectable. I like our apartment we're on the third floor I like the tall ceilings we don't get to hear any noise.
