Verified Renter The community (aesthetic wise) is very beautiful…leasing wise, there needs to be major improvement. I’m very disappointed and feel led on due to the lack of accountability and support that’s supposed to be extended

Verified Renter Love the building! The location is fantastic and the leasing office staff is helpful and quick to reply. I absolutely hate that we don't recycle though. Wish we could get that initiative started in the future.

Verified Renter A beautiful place to live- we renewed our lease for another year. The new management has really turned this place around, and we are so grateful. My only concern is that rent will continue to go up. It’s difficult for me to understand why promotional deals aren’t extended to current tenants-ones like us who are never late on our rent, and take care of the property like it is our own. I would love to stay in the area- we have this year, and who knows what deals may come our way after that :)

Verified Renter Cool ?? place but need key-fobs from the parking structre into all of the doors leading to the halls. That will stop getting free access to the thieves that come here like Joe Bloe to his own house. ?? MUST BE DONE YESTERDAY. Thank you !!! ??????

Verified Renter The staff all seems very nice and accommodating to community events. However, since we've been here there have been a lot of issues with mechanical errors such as the garage gates every day seeming to be not working or one of them being down. The mail as well, there are a lot of residents so mail seems to overflow the rooms provided therefore, we are just a little nervous about leaving our packages unattended while we are away from home as we have seen posts of livly about packages being stolen.
