Verified Renter Nice place to live and great area. Maintenance isn’t good here and communication also really bad. Neighbors upstairs stomping all hours of the night and get mad when you say something.

Verified Renter Its been great for the most part. Fortunately they didn't raise my rent too much only $20 this lease renewal The last time I signed a new lease it was $200. There has been a few issues but things will happen and the people in the leasing office seem to care about the property and the tenants they seem to want to make it a nice place to live. Verified Renter Its a great place to call a home. Has great amenities like pool, spa,jacuzzi,fitness centre.club house party area etc and with such a great affordable cost with this much of amenities.

Verified Renter I like the area and the people in the front office are very nice. I had an after hours request and that was handled well. The upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy and some folks run up and down the stairs but everyone is nice. It’s a good place to be.

Verified Renter The facilities are good generally. I appreciate the pool, communal areas, mail system etc. I do think management's response to maintenance is consistently slow. The east elevator has been broken for about 4 months. The sound betwen floors also not as soundproof as promised.

Verified Renter Overall, my daughter and I really enjoy living here, we love the community events and meeting all the lovely people there, we love the hot tub and the gym. We actually also enjoyed the swimming pool until end of October and look forward to swimming again soon. :) And we feel safe here.
