Verified Renter Great location and I love all the community events that the staff organizes. The only issues that I see are security and maintenance, other than that, it’s fine.

Verified Renter We are moving out. This place used to be nice, but the situation has changed. Barking dogs, loud music, lack of security, and few amenities, if any. Used to be a good place, but it's gone downhill largely because the people who are renting have changed dramatically for the worse.

Verified Renter I am happy in the apartment, nice, comfortable, the area is very quiet, but I do not agree that some residents take their dogs out to do their business and do not pick up their excrement in the mailbox area, playground and common areas. This is really unpleasant, in my case every day when I go out I have to see it at the entrance to my patio. I would suggest calling their attention to maintain a clean environment.
