Verified Renter Just keeps getting better! Keep up the good work! Just recently put in a maintenance request and within 2 days the maintenance coordinator reached out for confirmation and Donovan completed the task. It used to take week, at least! Also,Cameron does a great job of communicating updates about the building through Livly and emails. That’s always appreciated! The office staff is friendly and always helpful.

Verified Renter Overall, I do enjoy living here. I have had to call the emergency maintenance line a few times, and someone has always come to help me. If I had one complaint, it would be getting maintenance help during regular hours. Took me months to get my dryer fixed. But honestly, I love the area and I love my apartment.

Verified Renter I love living here , it’s a great location to live in the Denver area . Easy access to shopping and the roadways to take you wherever you’re going . The staff in the office are always welcoming and professional . The maintenance staff are great and do an excellent job taking care of the property . Other new apartment buildings are opening in the area , but we’re not moving .
