Verified Renter The interior features of the apartment and amenities are very modern. It is smart home with everything is controlled via phone. Also the amenities look fantastic. The location is very good with schools, eateries, library and grocery stores at walkable distance.

Verified Renter Happy to just recently renew our lease. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are doing a great job. Office staff could use some customer service training. Also communication to the community about management changes would have been appreciated.

Verified Renter Lovely buildings, grounds, and within walking distance of eating places. However, there is little upkeep. The hot tub is not warm, and the jets in it don't work. The sauna doesn't work, and the pool table area has broken sticks. These are amenities that attracted us here. It's frustrating

Verified Renter The apartments are comfy and spacious. The grounds care has improved greatly over the last year. There is still room for improvement regarding street lights that are out for a year and misc items but overall customer communication when in person at office has greatly improved as has maintenance request responses.

Verified Renter Love the location and the layout of this apartment. The bathrooms and closets are extremely spacious. You don't even need to decorate for Christmas with the holiday decorations outside!

Verified Renter I'm not convinced that anyone that works here has ever worked for any sort of leasing company before. No one can do anything, only management can and they are out of the office every other day. I've never felt so frustrated and powerless. I know the price point great, but you will be put through so much stress and have so much money taken from you at the end of your lease that it is not worth it by any means.

Verified Renter Great location with a lot of walking distance stores and restaurants. The issue is that the building has a lot of issues, so things go wrong all the time.
