Verified Renter Avoid this place. It is going down the tubes. Security is lacking, and maintenance and management are non-responsive and/or confused. It seems they have taken on more than they can handle or pay for. It's a sad mess.

Verified Renter There is dog poop in the hallways (and a dead mouse), half of the amenities don’t work (and haven’t worked since I moved in six months ago, I can’t get grocery deliveries because the system that lets residents buzz in delivery people has been broken forever (or so I’ve heard), and there is a major problem with theft (cars and packages mainly). Verified Renter If I could leave 0 star I would, the Maintenance Service is horrible for more than 4 months without washing machine service and they always tell you that they are going to check them and they never do, that there are missing parts that do not arrive, just lies. You call the manager and she always says she's busy. People with pets have no respect for others and always leave poop and don't clean up. p

Verified Renter Most all of the reviews you’re reading are true. However, being that we were the first ones in our apartment we have had little issues pertaining to maintenance. Security will always be an issue. Management needs to be more compassionate and less like robots. We love our apartment, but the complex amenities desperately need consistent attention.

Verified Renter These apartments are great! The ceilings are high, the rooms are spacious, the closets are large, the community is very walkable. If you look too hard you’ll start finding the imperfections but from a farther glance, these apartments are great for 1-2 years.
