Verified Renter How could you first tell someone that there is no parking until they move in?! I would never have moved in. All I needed was two bedrooms and a place to park! An agent up front told me that I could park in the "reserved parking" space in the garage, but when I came back to my car there was a cone blocking it. Afraid I'd get towed, I had to park two blocks away. I have to go through winter like this? Also, when I moved in, there was mouse poop, cobwebs, dead bugs. Verified Renter Everyone on staff is doing the best they can, the neighborhood is beautiful and the building is too when everybody is doing their part. But the water being shut off 1-2 days a month consistently over the last year is absurd as well as the package system still. Hopefully someday a permanent and sustainable solution is implemented for both sooner than later.

Verified Renter Since I moved in my dryer connection is damaged, it’s been 2 weeks and they haven’t fixed, maintenance was here today because of a clogged toilet, my lights is the living room don’t work as well as the fire place, they left me a note saying: “toilet fixed we’ll get the other requests when we get the other requests” also Elysia said she would have a move in basket for us and we never got anything. I love the neighborhood but the property seems very poorly managed

Verified Renter staff is wonderful you couldn't find a better place to live at. swimming pool is a major plus but the gym area is a great addition also. would have never picked another place

Verified Renter We love living in this area! It’s very walkable and gives us access to coffee, groceries, paths and more. There are a lot of dogs in this area, which is great when they stay on leash. We have had one too many run ins with our dog (on leash) being charged at by off leash dogs. The apartments are great as long as you don’t need anything from management.

Verified Renter I have lived here for 3 years now. I really enjoy the the building and all the great amenities and community events the building has. I love how family friendly the building is and the neighbors are great! Located in a great school district and 15 minutes away from two top private schools.

Verified Renter The location of this building is great. It's close to a couple of pharmacies, several grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The amenities as part of this building especially the pool, gym, business area, and lounge are quite nice. Then why only 3 stars? Because the management company has not addressed obvious security issues concerning the building in particular the two huge gates on Roslyn and Syracuse.
