Verified Renter Apartment is nice. Maintenance is improving but work is often incomplete. Communication from management is improving but is still definitely not reliable unfortunately. They are improving though. I would’ve rated them a one or two a few months ago. Their past mistakes with pest issues, poor organization, and abominable communication prevent me from rating any higher.

Verified Renter The location and apartment is fantastic. I’m so lucky to live here. I appreciate that the grounds around the apartment buildings are always being tended to. No trash. Beautiful, healthy grass, trees, and overall landscaping. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Office staff are nice. Still issues with maintenance….I wish their communication was better. I assume they are just under staffed, but it takes quiet awhile to get anything fixed.

Verified Renter Subpar management and maintenance. Very difficult to reach management in building. Requested maintenance for a water leak issue and they did not come until three business days later.

Verified Renter Poor communication, bad aesthetics and not clean environment, constant safety issues. Extremely happy to be leaving. Communication is so bad, we’re not even sure if the office got our notice to vacate…

Verified Renter Residents are friendly but first day moving in paperwork between you and leasing office gets causes a lot of confusion. But over all very nice.

Verified Renter This condominium lacks basic security measures such as surveillance cameras and security guards, leading to frequent car thefts. The office team is unresponsive and unfriendly, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. There is also no compostable garbage selection. Overall, I do not recommend living here.

Verified Renter I’ve been here a month so far and haven’t had the best experience. The apartment itself is nice enough, love the built ins in the closet and the massive shower in the primary room. The package room situation is terrible, there are always packages laying on the ground. Even when packages get put into the parcel pending box you don’t always get a notification about it. The hallways are pretty dirty and when it gets hot it stinks a bit. Walls are thin as hell but it is what it is. I do enjoy the sauna, huge perk... read more

Verified Renter Great amenities, hallways smell like pet urine, some owners also allow their pet to urinate in the elevators and then don’t clean it up. Other than that so far the place is great!
