Verified Renter We love our apartment but we do not love the management… we have had problems with getting double charged for our electric and an outstanding maintenance request for a leaking fridge that has not been resolved after three months.

Verified Renter The apartments are nice, but Denver is plagued with crime these days: car thefts, shootings, break-ins. The apartment might consider adding some additional safety and security measures. General cleanliness in common areas inside and outside the buildings needs improvement.

Verified Renter There is room for improvement but the community seems to be moving in the right direction. Maintenance here is not quick, slower than any apartment complex we’ve lived in previously but they come eventually.

Verified Renter I haven’t had any issues recently and am happy living here. I still don’t get calls back when I leave voicemails but service requests for repairs has worked so far.

The apartments themselves are nice and the surrounding area is kept very clean and in good shape! The office has been responsive whenever I’ve needed to get in touch with them. The apartments, front office, and surrounding area has been great and I have no complaints!

Verified Renter The area is family oriented and friendly. For example, movie nights and farmers market. Great school district (Bill Roberts, Swigert and Westerly). As for the building - great amenities!
