Verified Renter People in the community and surrounding areas are friendly but the employees are either not good or nonexistent. Everything that needs fixing takes a very long time to get repaired if it’s repaired at all. The employees act as if your hard earned money that you’re paying to stay there does not really matter. The management team have zero communication with not only each other but their residents as well.

Verified Renter It’s decent. Quiet neighborhood with a lot to do in the area. I love the movie nights on Fridays and the farmers market on Sundays. You can tell they care about the community.

They are walking distance to stores, restaurants & much more. The apartments are nice. The staff in the office are easy, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Check them out !!

Verified Renter Plumbing issues are recurrent! Management cannot get it right! Water went out this past week when they were trying to fix the boiler. We had no water for almost 24 hours!

Verified Renter We like the location - very walkable and lovely neighborhood. If you never need maintenance or to interact with the front office, it is a great place to be. Both maintenance and the front office are excruciatingly slow to deal with.
