Verified Renter I have lived here for 3 years now. I really enjoy the the building and all the great amenities and community events the building has. I love how family friendly the building is and the neighbors are great! Located in a great school district and 15 minutes away from two top private schools.

Verified Renter The location of this building is great. It's close to a couple of pharmacies, several grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The amenities as part of this building especially the pool, gym, business area, and lounge are quite nice. Then why only 3 stars? Because the management company has not addressed obvious security issues concerning the building in particular the two huge gates on Roslyn and Syracuse. Verified Renter People in the community and surrounding areas are friendly but the employees are either not good or nonexistent. Everything that needs fixing takes a very long time to get repaired if it’s repaired at all. The employees act as if your hard earned money that you’re paying to stay there does not really matter. The management team have zero communication with not only each other but their residents as well.
