Verified Renter The neighborhood isn’t too loud! There’s lots of local businesses within walking distance and bigger shops, super markets, movie theaters and more just a short drive away! We love the privacy and how secure the buildings are, the Mountain View is a bonus!

Verified Renter I really like the location and the building is very nice. The constant issues with no water or elevator service, amenities not working, and mail delivery are very frustrating, though. I don’t know what management can do but something needs to be done. Maintenance is very responsive, I will say.

Verified Renter Great apartments, wonderful location. The area is very walkable and close to everything one would need, minus a brewery. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of some issues/hiccups with the leasing company and maintenance. Thankfully, nothing was too serious and has not tainted our experience.

Verified Renter Hi, my stay here at Aster South apartments (3 1/2 years) has been a good one. I love the location, all the shop’s & restaurants nearby. The apartments are very nice, great size & amenities. The office staff are very friendly and great to work with. The maintenance staff is friendly & efficient. Come on by & check out The Aster South Apartments. You will like them !!

Verified Renter Good.. but a little slow on manage the work order of maintenance. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The location is the best, if you got kids, have a lot of parks and green areas next to you

Verified Renter My experience with my tour was great. I Ioved the property and the agent helping me. But once I submitted my application I felt like I was dismissed and very much receiving the bare minimum. The agents attitude wasn’t as friendly either. When I came to pay deposit, it basically was a drop off and go. I wasn’t even able to see my new place. When I called to pick up keys, I wasn’t given them until 4pm which wasted the whole day.
