Verified Renter We love the location and the large windows. It's conveniently located near all the restaurants and the green for concerts in the park. It's a very friendly neighborhood.

Verified Renter The neighborhood is extremely nice and welcoming. However the home is terrible. Nothing gets fixes and things are continuously breaking down. When maintenance does come in they will give some crazy excuse as to why it messes up and do a temporary fix on something that needs to be completely replaced. Worst place I've moved into being my apartment home wasn't cleaned properly. Even when the cleaning company was hired to come and clean! Verified Renter I’ve been here for 9 days, still do not have a copy of my lease, still do not have my mail key, and today my AC went out. I’ve been requesting my lease and mailbox key almost everyday and still nothing. Not to mention I didn’t receive a move in bonus because my leasing advisor had wrong information on the contract form. I’m worried that its going to be a long time before my AC is fixed and its 100 degrees outside.

Lack of...almost everything While the property looks so inviting and welcoming, appearances are very deceiving. The staff lack basic communication skills and the security of the complex is questionable. Should you need to communicate with the any member of the office staff be sure to email, call & stop by, once you do talk to someone, get it in writing & have them sign/date it. You will need it. Verified Renter Apartment is nice. Maintenance is improving but work is often incomplete. Communication from management is improving but is still definitely not reliable unfortunately. They are improving though. I would’ve rated them a one or two a few months ago. Their past mistakes with pest issues, poor organization, and abominable communication prevent me from rating any higher.

Verified Renter The location and apartment is fantastic. I’m so lucky to live here. I appreciate that the grounds around the apartment buildings are always being tended to. No trash. Beautiful, healthy grass, trees, and overall landscaping. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Office staff are nice. Still issues with maintenance….I wish their communication was better. I assume they are just under staffed, but it takes quiet awhile to get anything fixed.
