Verified Renter I love the location and the community, however maintenance needs to improve and ensure that the residents requests are completed in a timely matter. Also, nobody answers the phone in the office.

Verified Renter There has been an issue with overcharging gas charges due to a meter being broken for 6 months. Looks like that maybe getting resolved but still overcharging. Issues with rotating tenants that are getting kicked out & evicted so new neighbors, and not great neighbors, all the time. Don't they vet people before letting them rent? Smoking in the hallways. Office sent notice, got better, but now continues. Jeremiah has strived to make things better but still need to see improvements.

Verified Renter Great location for the summer concerts and farmers market. You can't beat the views. Love the layout of the apartments as well. Very spacious bathrooms.

Verified Renter Not enough maintenance. We've been waiting on things for over 2 months. Security needs to do better with the pool and weekend craziness in the early mornings!!!!

Verified Renter The neighborhood is fantastic. I love where I live. Property management company something to be desired, they are extremely cheap. No communication from the office, amenities are non existent, no snow removal, flooding in the parking lot, the list goes on.

Verified Renter The leasing office is rude and not responsive over email, calls, or even in person. Very unhappy with this property and lack of connection or willingness to help with their residents.

Verified Renter Very difficult to reach leasing office staff, especially anyone with managerial responsibilities. Recently, it took me one week to reach the responsible party despite emails, phone calls (no one picks up phone- left messages), and in person visits to leasing office.
