Verified Renter Why are so many things broken, and take forever to fix?! This complex says it is smoke free, but every time you walk down the halls, it is clear there are no regulations on no smoking. Hold those who smoke accountable, this place is far from luxury

Verified Renter I enjoy living in this community because of the location and price. I will probably renew my lease (unless they increase the rent). The only issues I’ve had are not having maintenance issues fixed in a timely manner.

Verified Renter Community is taking a dip, increasing crime (car alarm has been trigger almost nightly). Neighbors stomp and fight constantly. Got repairs that have just been ignored. New ownership is just slapping on “new” paint/ flooring as “renovation”

Verified Renter Still feels so difficult to really communicate with anyone or get help with serious maintenance issues. Our neighbors experience this also. Not even an actual bullet hole in my wall gets the attention of the people at the desk :)
