Verified Renter I really enjoy this complex. I noticed that they have really cleaned up the area and even painted the buildings! I notice a cleaning crew comes in and vacuums our hallways every week. I don’t plan on moving out of here anytime soon.

Verified Renter Management is almost completely unresponsive. Elevators in the building have been broken down for months on end. They charge an outrageous fee to park in the garage and then perform no maintenance thus encouraging theft and break-ins. I have never seen management of a property perform to this low of a standard, a complete embarrassment.

Verified Renter Plumbing issues are recurrent. It's frustrating. Also, it's hard to get in touch with management directly. The people at the leasing office are nice, but they make every effort to avoid having you directly reach out to management. Some issues are more expediently solved when we are able to contact more senior people directly.
