Do NOT Live Here Want to live in a place that loses your checks, doesn’t ever answer their phone, has bugs and does nothing about it, doesn’t sign your lease for months even after you’ve moved in, and lies about floor plans? No longer luxury We moved in a year ago and are in the process of renewing our lease. The current management is not up to the standard of the previous one and so far is not answering maintenance issues in a timely way or communicating what is going on. We are not being charged for the "amenities" which should be part of living here as well as the fact that most of them are not working or in a suitable condition to use. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! Take my advice, and put your money elsewhere. This place is an absolute dump! This is my third year living in the “Town Center Collection” (previously managed by Brookfield Properties). I lived happily in Aster Town Center for 2 years, before moving into the 7575 building, which was meant to be an upgrade. I have submitted THREE separate maintenance requests, none of which have been completed. In fact, when I log into my tenant portal… they appear to have been DELETED! No record of them whatsoever. Could be 5 star My only issues with this place are related to management. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone unless you physically walk into the office (which is difficult if you work all day). They don’t handle issues when they happen and act like they aren’t issues. They are unbothered by the serious security issues we are having and the adolescents (both that live in the building and don’t) running around, terrorizing the adult residents that pay a lot to live here peacefully. Nice apartment, but Management, not so much The apartments in the building are nice and comfortable and some even have mountain views. 7575 Town Center is located in a good neighborhood with easy access to parks and restaurants. However, the management and team onsite don’t seem to care for the residents that live here. They are nice when trying to get you to sign a lease, but after that, not so much. Not enough dumpsters... (Verified Renter) Not enough dumpsters for the number of residents. Managements leaves conflict resolution to residents instead of stepping in.
After 6 months,... (Verified Renter) After 6 months, I am very satisfied here. The community is generally well-kept. The management is helpful on most issues. The apartments are nice and very comfortable. We love that we can't hear our neighbors (unless the dogs are barking in the hallway). The amenities are great! We plan on living here well into the future.
