Great location! Beautiful... (Verified Renter) Great location! Beautiful building. Easy access to commute because of access to the highway but not too close to busy congestion. Easy application process. The community manger is fantastic at both properties.
Apartment is clean... (Verified Renter) Apartment is clean and close to my work. Leasing and move in process was not smooth. Contacting anyone at leasing office not ideal, with many "out of office" replies. Calling the leasing office results in very long phone wait times.

Don’t live here I’ve lived here for 2 years, if you want your water constantly being shut off and never knowing If the water will be hot or not, then sign a lease here. Management is terrible.

DO NOT LIVE HERE We have lived here for over two years and let me just tell you- don’t. The location and amenities are amazing and will win you over. What you don’t know is living here you will deal with the fire alarms going off all the time, any time of day, once a month or more. This will continue to happen for so long and so frequently that people will stop paying attention to them, and have to be told to evacuate when there is an actual emergency.
