Verified Renter Good place to live. Been here for 2 months have all the shopping that you need near by. Easy access to the highway but far enough that you don’t hear any noise.

Verified Renter Plumbing issues are recurrent. It's frustrating. Also, it's hard to get in touch with management directly. The people at the leasing office are nice, but they make every effort to avoid having you directly reach out to management. Some issues are more expediently solved when we are able to contact more senior people directly.

Verified Renter Leasing office is unresponsive and impossible to get ahold of. Dog poop all over the property. Sidewalks and parking lots are never shoveled and I have slipped on ice multiple times. Simple maintenance requests take over a month to fulfill. You can find a better deal at so many other places in the area.

Verified Renter We love the location of our apartment, as well as the natural light we get from our large windows. The building is pretty quite and most people keep to themselves. We wish maintenance was more responsive (we finally got a follow up call regarding an issue from October?) and wish they wouldn’t drive so fast on their golf carts. Overall, we are pleased living here.

Verified Renter We gotta get the elevator fixed near the library. Also, there is no FOB for the door near roslyn and MLK, so if you have an apartment near that intersection, get ready for a nice long walk home from the car

Verified Renter Love the location and the view! The bathrooms and closets are huge. Lots of kitchen storage space. Very close to lots of restaurants and shops for convenience.

Worst Place I have Lived This is the worst property I have ever lived at. Our hot water did not work for months. All of the water was off for three days. They let trash blow across the property and the dumpsters are left overflowing for weeks. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. After moving out they never sent us a bill but sent us to collections 6 months later.

Maintenance Unresponsive I love the area and the apartment itself has, for the most part, been a steal considering the size I get for the price compared to similar in Denver; HOWEVER, maintenance has been a serious issue here. I have had a maintenance request unaddressed for over 3 weeks now despite calling and leaving at least 4 messages. No call back from the front office. Office staff and Maintenance Abysmal I really fell in love with this area and apartment and was excited to move here. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious although the rent prices are criminal. However, you cannot get in touch with the office without physically going there. They do not call back, email back and take months to deal with issues only after repeated contact in person. The worst thing about this complex is the maintenance issues.
