Verified Renter Over all has been a pleasant experience. They changed management companies and it seems like they are trying to keep up with general maintenance. Love the quietness of Botanica, we live on the 3rd floor and don’t really share walls with anyone. Parking can be a bummer if coming home late

Verified Renter 7575 is a great option in the Central Park area. There are issues with residents mistreating the property, but there are more people who are great neighbors to outweigh these downsides. I’m happy to live here, and appreciate the amenities overall but wish the gym offered more (boxing bag, additional squat rack, etc.) but this is a minor complaint. Verified Renter I can’t say enough good things about the apartment itself….high ceilings, high windows, spacious! Also LOVE the neighborhood! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we’ve submitted a few maintenance work orders and they have not been fixed. It would be nice if at least they communicated with us.

Verified Renter The apts are great ! High ceilings, nice, easy to keep up floors and gods heating and cooling. Also, enjoy having the washer and dryer in the until. This has been a huge time saver for me . They are smaller, but works for me as a single person living in an apt.

Verified Renter I have lovely things to say about the maintenance team once they come around. They seem very kind and hard working. The trouble is, the department itself is extremely understaffed. Most of the same issues from OCTOBER move in continue to need to be addressed. There are safety concerns with street lights that continue to be broken. Verified Renter If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t feel safe at this community. Things are never fixed, it amazes me the prices they charge us for rent but the lack of motivation to get things done. The only thing keeping me here is not wanting to break my lease.
