Verified Renter This is an excellent location, the apartments are nice & the staff is very friendly. Elysia & Jeremy are easy to deal with and they like to get the job done. Maintenance staff are good too.

Verified Renter I must comment the awesome improvements I’ve seen. I placed a ticket and it was responded to within a day. The new smart features are awesome. The Roslyn elevator is working again and the postal deliveries are much more reliable now. Great work!

Verified Renter Giving 3 stars only because we are satisfied with our actual unit, but the office staff and service is terrible unfortunately. Not sure how far these reviews even go as I have left them before with no change, but unfortunately they are impossible to reach without having to physically go into the office which is not always feasible. Phone calls, voicemails, text messages, and emails go completely unanswered - even with sending all of the above and several of them. Maintenance requests go unattended to - have b... read more

Verified Renter One star is one too many. The experience we’ve had moving in here has been nothing short of terrible. The leasing office is negligent, and lies frequently. We had a verbal communication we’d move into an apartment on a certain day and we’d sign a lease the day before but that’s just their tactic to get out of any legalities to actually house us. Verified Renter Nice apartments, not super helpful staff. Had some issues first month we moved in and the best they could do was give us 100 in a gift card. Which was not equal to the time and stress in our opinion.

Verified Renter Unfortunately, Everything is beginning to look so shabby around the place. For example, go on any floor, the walls are so dark and dirty looking, the carpets on the floors look horrible and smell ( like dogs) and all the doors have paint chipping off. I am really disappointed in how run down thing are looking in our common spaces. There are other issues, as well. On the bright side, I think the inside of my apartment is nice.

Verified Renter Lack of basic safety necessities. Elevators are broken, fire alarm goes off constantly, cars stolen and broken into frequently. No security in parking garage and anyone can enter freely.

Verified Renter We love the apartment and smaller community within the Town Center. Apartment itself is decent. Parking is limited, and right now there are C several spaces being taken up by a roll away trash can and storage for painting supplies. We’ve been wanting a garage, but they have no record of who uses garages. Office staff while nice, doesn’t seem like they know what’s going on. Online payments only. They do not accept cashier checks anymore.
