Verified Renter The location is great! It is right by walking paths and a small strip of stores and restaurants that brings the community together. Improvements are being made and management, despite being slow, is listening to the community to fix things.

Verified Renter I went 9 months without a working oven, and now I have a bullet hole in my wall from a drive by that has not been acknowledged or fixed for nearly 3 weeks. The neighborhood and apartments themselves are great however this places leasing office needs help...

Verified Renter Smart rent features work but the management needs a lot of improvement yet.. main problem is garage security and broken doors.. and lack of cleaning.

Management is terrible The facility is brand new and cheaply constructed. It's a clean and nice place to live. However, facility management is horrible. They never return phone calls or emails. Billing is always incorrect and their gas data is outrageous and also incorrect. I would not live here because dealing with management is a monthly frustration.
