Verified Renter If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t feel safe at this community. Things are never fixed, it amazes me the prices they charge us for rent but the lack of motivation to get things done. The only thing keeping me here is not wanting to break my lease.

Verified Renter Horrendous. They charge a $250 fee at move in to account for maintenance costs, but when you file a maintenance request, it will be deleted. No one will answer the office phone or respond to emails. So much for a “luxury” apartment experience when there’s water leaking everywhere and the owners do nothing to fix it.

Verified Renter Still haven't gotten my washer fixed since I moved in. Maintenance is slow and management is just as slow getting the problems solved. I never received my visa card for move in either. If it wasn't for the area I wouldn't recommend it.

Verified Renter The unit itself is very nice but much like the rest of these reviews, the leasing office has been a HEADACHE to deal with. After getting approved for a specific unit on a specific date…it wasn’t ready. They had over a month to change carpets, repaint, etc…and they blamed vendors when the job should’ve been done weeks before move in and THEY scheduled the vendors 3 days before the move in date. Verified Renter I have noticed that the management is making efforts to improve the apartment complex. The new hallways floors are nice, and our garage doors have been repaired. Things are looking up.

Verified Renter Maintenance and management in this building is subpar! 1) Elevators recently were out of service for multiple days despite notifying front office. When I reported the issue for the second time in two days, leasing agent stated "I will follow up with you at end of the day".
