Verified Renter I have come to the front office about 6 times since the beginning of May to get my lease agreement and I'm told that the office manager will call and no one does. I've had my car broken into, in the garage and for going on 6 months have requested service maintenance on my washer and now it is completely down. I moved to this community because it was safe in the beginning, but lately, I'm not feeling so safe.

Verified Renter Unresponsive leasing office for anything and everything you need. Will charge you a $250 fee to cover maintenance when you move in, but will delete your maintenance requests.

Verified Renter I would give this place 5 stars, easily, if they could figure out a better system for their maintenance. We’ve had a couple things we need fixing and although not an emergency, things that should be fixed. I’ve put a request in online, gone into the office, and left a voicemail. There is just no response whatsoever. Everything else about this apartment is FANTAS! Neighborhood, community, the apartment itself. Absolutely wonderful!!

Verified Renter You can't beat the views. I love the large bathrooms and all the storage space in the kitchen. My only complaint is we have a gang of teenagers that have been vandalizing the building daily. They leave skittles in the tracks of the elevator. They drop containers of sprite down the stairwell to leave a sticky mess. I believe one of them lives in the building. It's a shame they are really doing damage to the property. Hoping management can eventually catch them and make it stop.

Verified Renter I wish I had more stars to give for all of us here! Unfortunately, for all of us who are frustrated with rentals that are not ready to be occupied, and have waited patiently, while paying your bills. Waiting for maintenance repairs, phone calls to be answered and utilities to be managed accurately. It is not a place I can stay or encourage anyone to sign a lease. I care and I wish all property management companies felt the same.
