I called T-Mobile asking about their plans. I decided to signed up. They were sending me sims cards since I had phones. My experience after that. 1. They never send me confirmation or anything by email Never gave me anything by phone either 2. When I called a few minutes later the lady said that she didn’t have my right email. I have her my email but never received anything. My Sims cars arrived 3 days later.. no receipt saying I paid $50 for those. I called to activate, I was informed this were already used by someone else ... read more

Beyond appalled by T-Mobile's horrid customer service. I paid $15 a month for top insurance they offer on iPHone 7+ for almost 2 years. On the 21st month, my disabled mother drops her phone and cracks screen. T-Mobile was unhelpful and uncooperative trying to charge me $300 to replace the phone with the $15 a month insurance. Don't believe their scam they cover the dropping it because the simple answer is THEY DON'T. Buy Apple Care and be done with it. So, I dropped the coverage, and said took the bail. I've had tmobile for years and I bought a s10 plus on offer up to use with my tmobile plan and a month later my imei number on my phone was blocked according to the tmobile site and the representatives.

Just wanted to comment on the bizarre "brick and mortar" vs online experience. Needed to upgrade a phone, spend a fair amount of time chatting with a rep online and I asked if it was possible to complete the transaction in a local store at the same price. "absolutely" was the response. Walked in today, was surprised there was a fee for the upgrade and the rep explained it had to do with the SIM card, which we weren't even going to use (swapping the original from the old phone). I was talked into switching to t moble by and not told the truth by the sales rep regarding my phone. I was told that I would get this xr for free by switching from Verizon and getting the 1 line. I’m being charged for the phone and they will not fix it. Due to printer and computer issues I was never given paperwork. This was the Westpointe store in Columbus Ohio I would like this phone for free as promised. If I could give no stars I would. I even questioned him on this. It’s all on record and he admired this.

They have no record of my being an account holder from 2013 - 2018 and thus cannot unlock my iphone 6. I spent hours on the phone and a supervisor refused to talk to me. No search method verified I ever had an account with them. I was told I must not have been the account holder yet I was THE ONLY account holder. Unethical company that has security issues clearly with our personal information. My mind is blow away by this experience.

T-Mobile has doubled the cost of my cellular service plan, from $60 for two lines to $120 for the same 2 lines and same plan service. They argue that I was in discounted plan for 55 and over, which I'm not quite there yet. However, I was never informed that it was that type of plan I was being offered at the beginning. I had T-Mobil for 2 years, however all this time it has been a struggle to connect through the cellular, internet was almost unaccessible, never got more than 2 bars on their 4G LTE only. Phone calls drop constantly and peor signal trying to do FaceTime.
