About your store located in 18651 S Dixie Hwy, Cutler Bay, FL 33157. : These young guys working here, don't have an idea how to treat a client....they treat you like you were stupid.....they are not here to help you, specially ********....but I have deal with others as well, and actually don't have the need to make you feel like a dear customer.....it's a shame that those big companies hire this type of personnel.
They allowed a family member to buy a phone on my plan without my permission leaving me stuck with the bill. The family member did have a phone on the plan but was not an authorized user.
I signed up with T-mobile over line on the chat line. The service rep told me the phone he was going to send me was better then the Note 9 I had. The phone got sent and it was the the worst phone ever. I contacted T-mobile and they said to return the phone, and he would cancel out my account. All of a sudden today I had $147.46 take out for no reason. Added my wife to my T-Mobile account this December with T-Mobile's "2018 December Device on Us" promotion. You trade in an iPhone 6s or better with the addition of a second line and get an iPhone XR or $750.00 toward a new phone. The phone was inspected in-store. We turn in the device. T-Mobile is run by a the most crooked people I've ever done business with. I closed my mobile account by switching carriers, but the voip line to the house remained. They were billing me $86/month for what used to be $10/month, and they made it next to impossible to close the account entirely. I'm sorry that I have to give the 1-star review to this location due to not 1 but 2 times BOGO promotion was falsely communicated to me. Please be aware of the BOGO deal and ask the staffs to check and confirm with you same date when you get the deal. In my case, back in Jun 2018 the staff told me that it was all set, and they also communicated that the credit wouldn't kick in 2 billing cycles later (aka 2 months). If I could leave a negative review I would. Don’t fall for the “promotions” at hand. I was told that I could upgrade my iPhone 6 and 6s for an iPhone de but that never happened. The representative at my local store said I would be able to upgrade due to a promotion. Two days later now they say I can’t. They are full of **** and I hope no one has to go through this. Worst company I have dealt with by far and only one week with the company.
