Buy beware. If you change service and port out of T-Mobile 1 day or 29 days into your billing cycle, the company will still charge you for the full month. In my case they charged me 90 bucks for a week of services. It’s buried in the fine print somewhere but in honesty that’s exactly the same as stealing my money. Very deceitful. I was told I was signing up for a free trial at the T-Mobile store but was charged before I even received the equipment. I then called to cancel the service and was told I would have to wait 3-5 days to receive a return kit to send it back once I get the equipment then once they receive the equipment I can get a refund.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. The employees and manager at the store on San Mateo and Lomas in Albuquerque were rude and unprofessional. Had no concern for helping me after purchasing a phone that did not work. After having the phone for only 4 hours, I called the store and was told there would be a $50 restocking fee. I was never told this while purchasing the phone. The manager Phi was unhelpful and even tried to sell me another phone. After being a T Mobile customer for 8 years, to be treated this way is beyond belief.
Going on 2 years with my account with T-Mobile (7) lines. I’ve been having issues with my “free lines” and my “kickback” month after month. I have call or message tforce every month because my credits never appear automatically since I moved to T-Mobile. It’s such an inconvenience to have to do that when the promos should apply like advertised. I have thousands of dollars on eips or else I would have ported out already. Company has potential but there billing system need a major update
T-Mobile customer service is terrible. The customer service reps. also like to believe they have more power than they actually do. You ask for a supervisor and you get the co-worker sitting next to them. Their objective is to never satisfy the customer. They definitely do not believe in the phrase the customer is always right. Don't do it, they not worth your time or money!

It was NOT the store on Eureka Rd in Michigan but rather the one located at West and Allen Roads in Woodhaven and the lack of service provided that part of this rant derives from. Stay away from T.Moblie USA Inc They discriminate, Harrass, do fraudulent billing , threaten you and will subject you to Nigeria Scammers and identity theft . I am now a victim of identity theft because my cell phone was hacked by Nigerian scammer after data breach hack at t.moblie USA Inc. When I complained to t.moblie their legal team sent me threats, discriminated ,false accusations, blocks, and restrictions on my account with a final Termination notice of Sept 25th ,2018.
I recently switched over to T-Mobile through their Carrier Freedom plan. The phone and service have been fine, but my issue has been with customer service. There had been minor billing issues that led up to this, but those were resolved for the most part. Two months after switching to T-Mobile I still had not received my reimbursement for the phones I turned into them ($429.00). This company lied to me and took money from my account. Do not give this company your credit card , they have overcharged, have no customer service only scam artist, I am on 55 plus plan they charged me 139.00 a month and lie to me about fixing my bills.
